Correction of Military Records and under the authority of Section 1552, Title 10, United States
Code, it is directed that:
APPLICANT, be corrected to show that he enlisted in the Air Force Reserve on 3 December
2009, for a period of six (6) years, with a $15,000.00 bonus entitlement based upon Air Force
Reserve guidance and policy.
