awarded the rank of Airman (E-2) as of 14
997 (his date of enlistment) and receive appropriate back pay. Airman
completed 21 semester hours of college prior to enlistment and should have
been awarded the grade of E-2 IAW AFRESI 36-2001, Table 3.1, Rule 7.

2. Apparently, recruiter oversight was the cause of the error involving Airman
