RECOMMENDATION:
That Petitioner's naval record be corrected, where appropriate, to
show that:
a. COMNAVPERSCOM issued orders on 8 September 2010 reassigning
Petitioner to the COMTRA WING FIVE MILTON FL. (NOTE: This change
will allow Petitioner to seek reimbursement for expenses accrued with
his move from Philadelphia, PA to Milton, FL.)
b. A copy of this Report of Proceedings will be filed in
Petitioner's naval record.
