DEPARTMENT OF THE NAVY
BOARD FOR CORRECTION OF NAVAL RECORDS
2 NAVY ANNEX
WASHINGTON DC 20370-5100

JRE
Docket No. 06807-09
1 October 2010

This is in reference to your application for correction of your naval
record pursuant to the provisions of title 10 of the United States
Code, section 1552.

A three-member panel of the Board for Correction of Naval Records,
sitting in executive session, considered your application on 30
September 2010. Your allegations of error and injustice were
reviewed in accordance with administrative regulations and
procedures applicable to the proceedings of this Board. Documentary
material considered by the Board consisted of your application,
together with all material submitted in support thereof, your naval
record and applicable statutes, regulations and policies.

After careful and conscientious consideration of the entire record,
the Board found that the evidence submitted was insufficient to
establish the existence of probable material error or injustice.

You reenlisted in the Navy on 25 February 2005. On 5 April 2005 you
were given a diagnosis of an adjustment disorder with mixed anxiety
and depressed mood. In addition, you were found to have antisocial
and narcissistic personality traits that did not amount to a
disorder. You were considered fit for duty and responsible for your
behavior. During October 2006, you were found to have suicidal
ideation and depressive symptoms that were not severe enough to
warrant referral to the Physical Evaluation Board. You were
discharged for the convenience of the government on 12 December 2006
by reason of physical or mental condition that interfered with your
performance of duty. On 2 November 2007, you were given diagnoses
of depressive disorder not otherwise specified, and personality
disorder, not otherwise specified, with prominent avoidant and
is on the applicant to demonstrate the existence of probable material
error or injustice.

Sincerely,

Won y
