Pursuant to the provisions of reference (a), Subject hereinafter referred to as Petitioner,

RECOMMENDATION:
That Petitioner’s naval record be corrected, where appropriate, to show that:
a. He was discharged on 8 April 2002 and reenlisted on 9 April 2002 (PCS transfer).
The term is 3 years (if petitioner desires longer term he must request it in writing).
b. This change will entitle petitioner to a zone
USNR(TAR) rating.
