Upon review and consideration of all the evidence of record, and especially in light of

RECOMMENDATION:
That Petitioner’s naval record be corrected, where appropriate, to show that his DOMRB
contract executed on 30 June 1999 is for a term of four (4) years vice three (3) years in the
$6,000.00 per year (Level 2). All DOMRB
amount of
entitlement received under the three year agreement is to be recouped prior to authorization
of the increased entitlement.
