Pursuant to the provisions of reference (a), Subject hereinafter referred to as Petitioner,
filed enclosure (1) with this Board requesting, in effect, that the applicable naval record be
corrected to show Enlistment Bonus (EB) entitlement.
2. The Board, consisting of Messrs. McBride,

the Delayed Entry Program (DEP) on 16 August 1999 is under the provisions of the EB
Program for the Nuclear Power Field, BUPERS message 3111472 JUL 98, in the amount of
$8,000.00 vice a
2000.
$4,000.00 EB and the Navy College Fund based on a ship date of 7 July
