subject matter addressed in Petitioner ’s application has commented to the effect that the
request has merit and warrants favorable action.

CONCLUSION

Upon review and consideration of all the evidence of record, and especially in light of

Petitioner was authorized BAH at the with dependent rate effective

29 September 1997, Petitioner ’s wife was transferred to the Temporary Disability Retired
List (TDRL) effective 28 September 1997 so Petitioner should have been authorized BAH at
19 September 1997. (NOTE: Petitioner ’s wife ’s name is
ast date of active duty was 28 September 1997.)

b. That a copy of this Report of Proceedings be filed in Petitioner

’s naval record.

Pursuant to Section 6(c) of the revised Procedures of the Board for Correction of Naval
Records (32 Code of Federal Regulations, Section 723.6(c)) it is certified that quorum was
