RECOMMENDATION:
That Petitioner’s naval record be corrected, where appropriate, to show that:
a. On 29 May 2000 the orders which originally sent Petitioner on permissive TAD to
Naval Air Station Brunswick, ME were modified to include the funding citation to authorize
Petitioner to be reimbursed for lodging expense.
Based on the modification to the orders
Petitioner will be reimbursed in the amount of $344.00 which was the cost of lodging for
32 nights at $7.00 per night and for 12 nights at $10.00.
