That Petitioner’s naval record be corrected, where appropriate, to show that:

Petitioner was authorized a spot promotion to Lieutenant Commander,
effective 6 October 2000. Petitioner tilled the spot promotion through 30 April 2001 on
which date, 30 April 2001, his spot promotion was vacated because he was promoted to
Lieutenant Commander,
paygrade O-4, effective 1 May 2001.

b. That a copy of this Report of Proceedings be filed in Petitioner ’s naval record.
