RECOMMENDA-I’ION:
That Petitioner’s naval record be corrected, where appropriate, to show that:
a. He was discharged on 3 December 1999 and reenlisted on 4 December 1999. The
term is 5 years.
b. This change will entitle member to a zone “A” SRB, award level 5.0, for the ETSW
rating.
C. That a copy of this Report of Proceedings be filed in Petitioner
