3. The Board, having reviewed all the facts of record pertaining to Petitioner

a. Before applying to this Board, Petitioner exhausted all administrative remedies
available under existing law and regulations within the Department of the Navy.

RECOMMENDATION:
That Petitioner’s naval record be corrected, where appropriate, to show that:
a. The reenlistment executed on or about 28 April 1998 is for a term of 6 years, vice 4
years.
b. This change will entitle member to an increased amount of zone
level 2.0, for the MM rating.

C. That a copy of this Report of Proceedings be filed in Petitioner
’s naval record.
