This is in reference to your application for correction of your
naval record pursuant to the provisions of Title 10, United
States Code, Section 1552.

A three-member panel of the Board-for Correction of Naval

the age of 19.

Your record reflects that on 18 March 1970, during a Naval
Investigation Service (NIS) interview,
statement in which you admitted to possession and use of
marijuana prior to and during your enlistment.

action by reason of unfitness due to drug abuse.
