Pursuant to the provisions of reference (a), Subject hereinafter referred to as Petitioner,
filed enclosure (1) with this Board requesting, in effect, that the applicable naval record be
corrected to cancel a reenlistment.

That Petitioner’s naval record be corrected, where appropriate, to show that:

a. The 5 year reenlistment executed on or about 2 April 2001 is null and void.

Member will revert to previous EAOS of 14 December 2001.

b. That a copy of this Report of Proceedings be filed in Petitioner
