corrected to establish entitlement to a zone

RECOMMENDATION:
That Petitioner’s naval record be corrected, where appropriate, to show that:
a. The 28 month extension, operative date on or about 25 September 2001, is null and
void.
b. He was discharged on 24 September 2000 and reenlisted on 25 September 2000
(prior to passing through zone
“C”). The term is 3 years.
C. The above changes will entitle member to a zone
GSE rating.
