Pursuant to the provisions of reference (a), Subject hereinafter referred to as Petitioner,
filed enclosure (1) with this Board requesting, in effect, that the applicable naval record be
corrected to show his Home of Record is shown as 1655 Calle Del Rey, Livermore, CA
94550.
2. The Board, consisting of Messrs. Brezna, Milner, and Ms. McCormick, reviewed
Petitioner’s allegations of error and injustice on

Petitioner was visiting his brother in the Los Angeles, CA area when he contacted a
Naval Recruiter and when the recruiter asked where he could contact him he gave his
brother’s address. His father’s place of residence has always been his permanent address
when in college and traveling.
