evidence submitted was insufficient to establish the existence of probable material error or
injustice.

The Board found that you reenlisted in the Navy on 25 July 1975. You were discharged on
8 April 1977 by reason of physical disability, due to an orthopedic condition. You were
awarded a general discharge because you had received nonjudicial punishment during your
enlistment for a lengthy unauthorized absence, and your military behavior average was below
the minimum required for an honorable discharge.

The Board was not persuaded that you suffered from post traumatic stress disorder at the
time of your discharge, or any other condition that significantly mitigated or extenuated the
misconduct which resulted in your failing to qualify for an honorable discharge.
Accordingly, your application has been denied.
