a. Facts and Circumstances:
The evidence shows the applicants record is void of the specific facts and circumstances concerning the events that led to his discharge from the Army. The record indicates that on 28 June 1997, Headquarters, Rhode Island National Guard Command Readiness Center 645 New London Ave. Cranston, Rhode Island, Orders 179-10, discharged the applicant from the Army National Guard, effective 28 June 1997, with a General, under honorable conditions discharge.
