1. Summary of facts and circumstances concerning discharge:
         950128: Applicant was trial by special court-martial for fraternization. He
         was sentenced to be reduced to E5, and to perform hard labor without
         confinement of sixty days.
         950131: Applicant consulted legal counsel, requested discharge under the
         provision of chapter 10, AR 635-200, in lieu of trial by court-
         martial. He did not submit a statement in his own behalf.
         950223: Separation authority approved separation with an under other than
         honorable condition discharge.
         950301: Applicant was discharged.
