MEMORANDUM OF CONSIDERATION OF APPLICATION BEFORE THE AFBCMR

SUBJECT: XXXXXXX

Having carefully reviewed this application, we agree with the recommendation of the Air
Force office of primary responsibility and adopt the rationale expressed as the basis for our
decision that the applicant has been the victim of either an error or an injustice. Therefore, we
recommend the applicant's records be corrected to show that:

The pertinent military records of the Department of the Air Force relating to
APPLICANT, be corrected to show that she was not released from active duty on 20 November
2009, but on that date she continued on active duty for the purpose of medical evaluation through
29 December 2009, at which time she was released from active duty.

Members of the Board considered this application on 10 September 2013.
