MEMORANDUM OF CONSIDERATION OF APPLICATION BEFORE THE AFBCMR
SUBJECT: XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX
Having carefully reviewed this application, we agree with the
recommendations of the Air Force offices of primary responsibility
and adopt their rationale expressed as the basis for our decision
that the applicant has been the victim of either an error or an
injustice. Therefore, the applicant's records should be corrected as

MEMORANDUM FOR THE CHIEF OF STAFF
Having received and considered the recommendation of the Air
Force Board for Correction of Military Records and under the
authority of Section 1552, Title 10, United States Code (70A Stat
116), it is directed that:
The pertinent military records of the Department of the Air
Force relating to XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX, be corrected to show that:
a. On 1 June 2005, competent authority approved his
request to remove the nonjudicial punishment imposed upon him under
the provisions of Article 15, Uniform Code of Military Justice,
initiated on 13 November 2001 and imposed on 26 November 2001, from
his Officer Selection Record (OSR).
b. It is further directed that his record be considered
for promotion to the grade of major by a Special Selection Board for
the Calendar Year 2005B Major Central Selection Board.
