MEMORANDUM FOR THE CHIEF OF STAFF

      Under the authority of Section 1552, Title 10, United States Code,
Air Force Instruction 36-2603, and having assured compliance with the
provisions of the above regulation, the decision of the Air Force Board for
Correction of Military Records is announced, and it is directed that:

      The pertinent military records of the Department of the Air Force
relating to                    , be corrected to show that:

            a.   A funded Air Force Form 150, Drayage/Storage Authorization
- Government Quarters, was issued by Holloman AFB Housing Office, which was
used by her to move from Government Quarters into local private quarters.

            b.   On 22 April 1998, she was authorized by competent
authority a Do-It-Yourself (DITY) move from Holloman AFB, NM to Ruidoso,
NM.

            c.   On 1 October 1998, she requested an Extension of Travel
and Transportation entitlement in accordance with Joint Federal Travel
Regulation (JFTR), paragraph U5360-G and U5125-D; her request was approved
by competent authority; and, she is authorized to travel to her home of
record and shipment of her personal property.
