DISCUSSION AND CONCLUSIONS: 1. The applicant's contentions have been noted. His supporting evidence has been considered. 2. Based on the evidence provided by the applicant, it appears that he served in Southwest Asia from 7 February until 3 April 1991. He has provided orders showing he was deployed in support of Operation Desert Storm and his LES which show he received danger pay from February until April 1991. 3. It appears the Good Conduct Medal should be added to his DD Form 214. 4. In view of the foregoing, the applicant's records should be corrected to show his foreign service.
