Incorporated herein by reference are military records which were summarized in the previous consideration of the applicant's case by the Army Board for Correction of Military Records (ABCMR) in Docket Number AR20060011312 on 8 March 2007. 2. On 9 September 2009 elements of the 19th Engineer Battalion and the 137th Engineer Company were awarded the Valorous Unit Award for extraordinary heroism in action against an armed enemy during the period 16 July 1967 to 31 December 1968.
