During the period 21 September 1991-28 November 1994, the applicant was on active duty in the Army Guard/Reserve Program, in pay grade E-6. He had 6 years, 11 months and 8 days of creditable service and 3 years, 5 months and 28 days of inactive service. 4. Army Regulation 601-210, provides, in pertinent part, that if the applicant “was last separated from the RA/ARNG/USAR while in CMF 18, in pay grade E-6, E-7, with no more than 16 years of total active service or is currently serving in CMF 18 as a member of the ARNG or USAR in pay grade E-6 or E-7, with no more than 16 years of total active service” and ”within 48 months of separation from the RA/ARNG/USAR for assignment to an SF unit in CMF 18”, then their pay grade will be the “grade held at time of separation of grad currently held while participating with the ARNG or USAR”. CONCLUSIONS: 1. The evidence of record indicates that the applicant was enlisted in the incorrect pay grade. 2. In view of the foregoing findings and conclusions, it is fair to conclude that the applicant is entitled to have his record corrected, as shown below.
